string wrapped wreath revision
It’s sort of embarrassing to admit, but I haven’t touched the wreath on our front door since Thanksgiving. Until last night.
I kept saying to myself that the ribbon flourish on my simple string wrapped wreath wasn’t really that holiday specific. Really? ?
Then the other day I saw these adorable fabric flowers on the Wedding Chicks and knew the time had come to change up that wreath.
So I made three last night as we were fast forwarding through American Idol and then attached them to my trusty wreath with straight pins.
I think they would look even cuter with larger buttons, but I won’t replenish my button supply until our visit to the Round Top antiques market at the end of this month. My supply is absurdly low.
Funny how motivation energizes you all at once when presented with just exactly the right information. This wreath has two cousins, if you’re interested, the jute twine wrapped wreath, and the menswear wreath.
Thank you for reading!
